tried to get my workout down as quick as possible cuz i need to study for my exam tommrow probably going to be the second hardest one i have.. the hardest will be this mon so atleast i have the whole weekend.

My diet has been a bit weird, noticed today i had no greens or anything.
My school just got a rotisserie so we have a chicken option at all lunch and dinner.
Had chicken and mashed potatoes and beef twice today. Just a weird thing i noticed. i need to make sure i eat more vegetable rich foods and take my vitatmins.
