two sets of the med ball workout
We are going to do some testing on Wed for our lifting program. The protocol is to find the weight for certain exercises that you can do 6 sets of 2 reps for. Then my coach has a workout schedule based on that.
Today instead of lifting we went through some of the excersies to find approx. weights that we will use to try to test for that set/rep scheme.
