Friday got an upper body lift in, I was alone and this weekend I was strapped for time so the workout was short

Shoulder curls – 3×12 @25
Db bp- 4×4@65
Pullups- 8,7,6,5
4way shoulders- 2×6@ 25 + 12@ 10lbs
SAt was supposed to be a leg lift but no time
SUN I spent ALL day doing a paper till 5am so no practice again today. I was doing so well and now school screwed up my schedule again
