i was supposed to do 6x short hills (about 75m)… once again it didnt workout that way today.
i spent another hour today cutting up some trees. but that wasnt the workout.
to simulate a hill workout, i biked and went high resistance for about 11secs. bike ride was 15min did 6 of the simulated hills.

shoulder press – 5×5 @100lbs
front+Lateral+overhead DB press – 3×6 @20lbs
Incline BP (no spotter) – 5×6 @110lbs
Pullups – 3×8
compound cable row – 3×5 @200lbs
DB shrugs – 4×10 @85 lbs
