real easy start for my “XC” season. (im only on my XC team im still going to try to do sprint workouts)
My coach had me do a 15 min run… i went a little over a mile and half running around our upper fields. It was an easy run. Except for the fact it was at 5:30 in the morning. we have another practice later in the day. I should be meeting with my new sprint coach hopefully sometime early this week, and will be able to workout what he wants me to do until we start our fall training in mid Oct. I have an idea of what i want to do, but i have to make sure it matches up well with him and my head coach.
Hopefully during the second practice ill get into the weight room for a little bit.
My dorm is SUPER empty, my friends live in different places and im all by myself. Whatever soon there will be a shit load of people and the bathrooms will get gross haha atleast until then i can enjoy the cleanliness.
