warmup… i had to lead the drills as i was the most senior person there haha, it was just me and two freshman girls… kevin was there with the paper to tell us the drills, which i surpisngly knew the order of pretty dam well for only having done them three times.
1 set through of the same med ball workout minus the starts because we didnt have the space to do them today.

This time i dont feel the same soreness as i did last time, im wondering if it is because of the actual full on warmup i had done this time as opposed to last friday… tmr will really be the test.
