2 buildups – i do not feel as fast as i was before the break
3 3pt stance starts for 40m
3 4pt stance starts for 40m
tried some bounding, but my technquie needs work, so i cut it short so that i can do it better next time after learning it better
lift
4×225 back squat
3×6 reverse lunges w/50lb dumbells
3×8 body weight side lunges
3×10 single leg body weight
added two suicides extra to work on speed and endurance and power… i really like suicides, i think at the end of your work out you can really feel it in your legs everytime you drop down to touch the ground.
