Well been back from india for exactly a week, im back at babson for preseason for hte XC team. IM just living with them and doing my own training.
Today was the first day running again since well before india haha.
i went in with loftier goals than what i should have/ i was just a mess.
i wanted to do a lift today but both weight rooms were closed so i got on the track.
Quick warmup. (i sorta forgot my warmups so i improvised but not very well) 600m jog + a handful of streches and skips
Runs on the indoor 200m track at babo
400 – 66 seconds goal was supposed to be 64 didnt happen
200 – 33
200 – 32
100 – 15
i wanted to do more but i was so beat… i have never been so tired that quickly in a workout it was rough… i was expecting to do a lot better.. guess im going to have to start taking baby steps..
Either way its track time and im pumped
