ive been in NYC for the past few days… it has caused me to not be able to do workouts like i would have liked.
The ground was very icy a couple of days, i went for a two mile run one day but that is about it. Also i lost a bet to a guy who bet me 100 dollars that he could be beat me in a race down the block, if i lost i had to pay nothing, the catch i had to lug a xmas tree with me. Well i ended up losing but i also busted my knee up which still hurts today. I will do a speed workout tmr.
This is pissing me off i want to try and compete on jan 24th, but i dont know if my training has been consistent enough to even give me a decent benchmark of my season to come.
