Do back squats benefits Powercleans? Is there a point of diminishing returns, where actually increase your back squat provide no benefits to the powercleans?
Could someone possibly make progress with their Powercleans (not squat cleans, where squat recovery is a big part) without actually doing any squats (or heavy deadlifts). Just a periodized plan with powercleans etc.
yes bsq helps your pc. i have had my best gains in the pc when doing back squats, front squats, and heavy clean pulls. i dont think your gains would be much if you just powerclean, maybe if you pc and heavy clean pull you would have a greater chance.
