I never mentioned anything about not doing the other lifts. In fact, I think kids should be doing Olympic lifts pretty much right out of the womb. I was just saying that you'd see your best gains from those explosive lifts if you had some more muscle on you….that's why I said to focus on those core lifts.
As for organizing the lifts, why not just do 1 Olympic lift, 1 squatting movement, 1 pressing movement, and 2 assistance exercises every workout…..simplicity at its finest :eureka:. You could keep this general format and just cycle the exercises. There are tons of varieties for each of the above mentioned categories. As for sets, for now, I'd devote the majority of the sets to the squats and presses and to a lesser extent the Olympic lifts. When you've put on a little weight you could shift the focus more to the Olympic lifts. Sorry if this is too general, if you have any more specific questions feel free to ask.
