Publsihed research shows that consuming BCAA's (or just leucine) post workout is the best timing. REgardless of whether you are a 10 flat or 15 flat. Also consumption of essentail amino's psot workout is good. For youngsters they should be taken with some carbo's while us old guys should take them without carbo's.
