What would the below workout look like with your idea of much less lifting etc…would you just increase track volume? what would lifting look like?
AM)
5x20m block starts
4x30m sprints
3x40m sprints
PM)
Cleans – 2×3 @80%, 3×2 @85%, 4×1 90%
Deep squats – 5×4 @80% (stand up fast)
RDL’s – 2×10
Explosive med ball throws – 3 exercises x5 throws each
