It's spring break so workouts for this week are completely up to me. I went to the gym earlier and played some bball and lifted.
2 x 5 x 135 lbs.
1 x 5 x 145 lbs.
3 x 5 x 185 lbs.
3 x 5 x 95 lbs.
Didn't get as low as I wanted to on squats. When I go down I get that hip bursitis feeling on my right side so I tend to get off balance and I can't get as low as I want to. I might run tonight, not sure what I'll do though.
