Pretty good.. and then about 4 hours later I did another workout which, although not ideal, was necessary. And as follows:
Single-leg Leg Press
3 x 5 x 225 lbs (per leg)
and then my usual ab work.. Oh also I wasn't able to run yesterday because it was raining, but it should be nice out tomorrow so I'm going to do some speed work. Feedback would be appreciated!!
