Massage therapists try to take it away the day before a competition. Creatine causes it, magnesium and muscle relaxants help fight it.
Is this really common?
I’ve only been taking 1g 3 times a day to start and I’ve been feeling a little stiff especially in the mornings and such.
Also, I’m 153 lbs, about how much should I be taking? I was thinking about 4.5-6 during the bulk on competition.
I plan on upping the dose for State in may 2 weeks before by about 1-1.5 grams.
