sometimes i lift at 24 hour fitness when i get off of work, about 9:30 at night usually. we were open late one night, till 11, and i decided to go lift because i had missed the last two days of training, and felt like i needed to do something. i went to the nearest gym, which is near waikiki, and there's still a fair number of people there at 11 at night. the first thing i did was bench, and to warm up i usually throw some 35's on. i was really tired from school and work, and as soon as i lifted the bar off the rack, everything went left. literally. i was so tired and not paying attention that i put a 35 on the left side, and 25 on the right. real smart, eh? that embarassed me into concentrating, and the rest of my workout went pretty well.
