Warm-up: Dynamic Flex

Powerclean 4×4 @ 195lbs 2.5mins
Full Squat 4×6 @ 255lbs 3mins
Military Press 2×5 @ 130lbs

The powercleans weren't bad at all, but I used regular, nonbumper plates at this shitty gym. Dropped the weight anyway, so there was plenty of noise. The full squats were much easier today and I felt more powerful on them than I have lately. Every rep except the last one on the last set I exploded up enough to go up on my toes and the bar to jump a little, so hopefully good things are starting to come along in the weightroom. Tomorrow, I will do some treadmill tempo and maybe a mb circuit.
