Maybe it didn't. I don't know to be honest because I got this nagging injury (not quite injury since I can still muster some runs) the first day back. Out of the 4 guys that did that workout the first day back, 3 of us are hurt (I have the most minor, 2 others are actually out) and the other is almost 2 seconds off his 400m PB. We'll see what happens. The ATs here are so incompetent–they keep insisting that PNF stretching has the exact same effect as massage and ART and that all I need to do is stretch and things will work out.
Don't forget to ice. Oh and make sure you ice before triple jump finals…sorry..flashback.
