Yeah actually the workouts have substantially improved. I think the problem is that the lead up and progression wasn't very smooth and that is probably what caused so many injuries (other than 1 guy, every male sprinter/hurdler/jumper has had an injury). I mean, if you look at the fall training (all ext and int. tempo for the most part) and compare it to the winter training (almost exclusive speed work with a little bit of int. and ext. tempo 1x a week usually, 2x max), there are almost no similarities. I wish I could be healthy to do the stuff right now because it looks pretty good, especially leading to outdoor.
i bet come outdoor ur coach will back off the volume alot, u gonna be surprise.
