100–I haven't been happy at all with this season in the short sprints, so I don't really know. I mean, judging the training I would have at least been happy with an 11.3x. 11.86 is what, almost .7 off of my season best in worse conditions last year? I mean, it is just so far off I don't see how that much improvement is going to be made in 2 months. I will improve since I have only had 1 week of full training since the injury, but I think it is going to be very tough to get into the same form I was last season at the end, let alone better than that.
well 11.8 isn't that bad when u look at everything, look at overall indoor times, injuries, weather etc.
