Felt really run down so I didn't do the scheduled workout.

Warm-up: Dynamic Flex
8-10 relay exchanges (probably 30-50m each)
6 x 150m 13-16 sec per 100m Rest: 4mins
Ran these with another guy and we went under 19.5 on all of them into a headwind. Nothing special, but it shows capacity hasn't changed much from the winter. Hopefully, that is a good thing.
Full/ATG Squats 3×4 @ 285lbs Rest: 90secs
Military Press 4×5 @ 125lbs
Weights were a little harder than usual, but that's probably from a slight bit of dehydration and a not super easy workout right before. Still decent though. I was surprised w/ how easy the running was–not because it was fast but because I haven't run in a while because of this knee thing and the wind today was definitely not in our favor. Hopefully I haven't regressed too much (maybe even improved) a bit from indoor.
Tomorrow, we have more hand-offs, but coach is having me hit the pool after instead of doing the workout after the hand-offs. Wednesday, I should be getting some therapy and we'll see after that.
