i do squats with dumbells…and i go ass to grass…i do 3 sets usually until failure……….today we had a meet….started off with the 4x100m relay….we were in the lead but the second leg couldnt give me the baton so i had to stop..turn around and take it….i closed the gap a whole lot on the first place team but our anchor couldnt pull it off……next up i rushed into the long jump area and i jumped 19'7…without steps…stuttering up to the board and leaving almost 3ft on the board….then i did the 100m dash….i had a really good start but i just got lazy and cruised the rest of the way..i ran a 11.8…yea i know it sucks…….finished off with the 4×400…i led off and by this time it was freezing outside…i sprinted way too early and i died out a little but i ran a 55.xx…sucks yea but it was cold and it was my first outdoor 400 ever….just got some taco bell…….eating then relaxing……..update tomorrow
