800m warmup……..ankle drills…….then hit the weightroom…….3×10 power cleans at 150lbs+…….i was easily beasting this even though i havent done it in over a year……next up was squats……3×10 at over 180lbs+……….felt really easy….i know i can do well over 200lbs………..then we did 3×25 crunches with a 45 pound weight plate across our chest………finally we did leg bress…..3×10………dont know the weight but it was easy………..finally we did 10x100m parachutes…….easy day so i know tomorrow is tough………..update tomorrow
