ins and outs………..ankle drills………plyo drills………..dynamic and stretching……..then onto the workout…….3×150 buildups……..i took these really hard even though they were buildups…….then we did 3×150 at 24 seconds……….we came through in 18 seconds anyway…….then we did 1×200 at 27 seconds but we still came faster than that…….finally i did 12xblock starts……….amazingly today my starts were amazing,,,,,,,too bad they werent at the state meet…………
state meet: terrible conditions and lets just say our relay handoffs were terrble so we ended up in 4th place with a 44.18……..then in the 100 i had the worst start ever but i closed on everyone but not enough to win my heat and move on then in the 200 my coach told me to shut down with about 10m to go and some kid passed me and he advanced to the finals and not me….it was a terrible day….i ran my worst times in a long lon g but its watever……..got new englands on saturday…..running the 4×1 and the alternate for the 4×4 then finally my summer track team that i love……….no practice tomorrow update wednesday
