800m warmup……ankle drills…….plyo drills……….dynamic and static stretching………..strides then the workout……..we did 3×200 at 27, 26, 25 pace………on the first one i led off to fast and we went out in a 24…..the second one was a 25 and the last one was a 25………we mainly worked on form and styaing relaxed down the straight…….then we did 3x150m……working on maintaining turnover down the last 50m……….nice good practice today………..then we did 100 abs after practice………update tomorrow
