alright ive come up with a new schedule to fit into the rest of my SPP. i havent exactly been the best in terms of dedication, but im working on it and i practice to back on the track this week. so this is my new plan, tell me what you think:
Monday: hurdles skills and recovery
Tuesday: basketball, circuits, and stretching
Wednesday: acceleration development, weights, and hurdle drills
Thursday: basketball, circuits, and stretching
Friday: hurdle runs, hurdle drills, and weights
Saturday: hurdle drills and recovery
