havent updated this in a while, i didnt feel my track workouts were really worth posting. well i didnt make it to state, i was two places away in the 300 hurdles and our relay just ran bad. i fell in the 110 hurdles at the county championship so i didnt make it there either. our other good 110 hurdler choked/ran bad and didnt make it to state either. so final PRs:
100: 11.6
110H: 15.7
200: 24.8
300H: 41.9
decent season, especially in the 300s. my PR was 43.03 until the county championships. i got pissed for falling in the 110s and PRed at 42.85. then i ran 43.12 in the finals. i ran 41.99 in the district prelims and i havent got my district finals time. i really wanted to go to state, but its hard to continuosly PR. i PRed in at least two of my last 4 races so i can be grateful for that. the 300H school record is 38.9 so i guess the next logical step is to break that.:D i have a new plan for training in the offseason, but ill make another thread about it since people dont seem to read this :wink:.
