i forgot to bring my spikes to sprint. oops. very strange day though… i didnt keep track of my weight but i benched 155 9 times at one point :bounce:. im back!!! eliminating the military press might have helped that though. im going to put it some sort of explosive lift. probably the one that i created, though ill make a video clip or something to see what you guys think.
