4s3r squat 155lbs with 30 sec break
lots of bench
ive been having field days on the bench and other exercises because my strength just shot up. im trying that density training thing with my weights, and ill transfer my whole weights program to density training by next week. ill either up the reps or drop the weight on squats. i have a question about density training that ill probably post in another thread because i dont know if anyone looks at this…would i only use 4 sets of 4 or something similar, because it it seems small. probably, anyways ill post more tomorrow.
