Our spring break trip was awesome and I ran great. It was fun because it gave me a chance to run some events I don't usually run. This weekend was an example of how my summer training is paying off for me. I career pr'ed in every event and I entered and felt great. We ran at Pittsburgh State in Kansas, which has a great track facility. I got to see Kyle Lancaster of Kansas State jump unattatched and just miss 7ft 4.5inches in his USA speedsuit. We also ran at Rhodes College in Memphis. The team checked out Beale St. on St. Patty's day which was great and ate some great southern bbq. Now it's time to get ready for the Missouri Relays in two weeks
Pitt State
LJ- 6.58m or 21ft 7.25in outdoor career pr by 3 inches
100m dash- first time ever doing this in a meet, ran an 11.05-not bad for a 7.07 55m dash time
200m dash-22.92 got placed in the slow heat, not too much competition, pr by 1 second
Rhodes
400m- 51.32 a pr by 2 full seconds, in the slow heat again but I run well by myself
