welll after reviewing my races on video I know and am ready to do exactly what i need to do to better myself. I set my goal i nthe 55m to be 6.60 this year but really, anything sub 6.70 will be great, but i want 6.60, and wont be completely satisfied until I hit my goal. I never really was big on setting goals so hopefully doing this will give me even more motivation to get out there and tear stuff up.
Each practice i feel more and more in shape.
Sunday we did 6x200m w/3 min rest at 30 sec pace and i hit all ofthem at or a second under 30. I remember when we firstdid these i about barfed, now i am doing these in stride and getting a good laugh in between rests.
today we did 2x300m w/10 min rest at around 28-30 sec 200 pace and then we did 1×200 at 28. i hit 26.
we also did some starts and 4x40m sled tows. all in all a good days practice.
tomorrow is basically relay exchanges for the OAC relays this saturday..finally an easy day
