Heading into outdoor season this weekend. I talked my coaches into letting me try out the heptathlon, so I just picked up hurdles 2 weeks ago. I've had 3 or 4 practices (in my life), but they are going pretty well. I'm running the 100m hurdles this weekend and am excited to see how they go. My goal is to get at least 4000, but I have yet to get marks in 1/2 the events, ever. I will also be doing high jump, triple jump, and 4×400 (we are running 9 4x400s this weekend just on our women's team alone) too. What is everyone else doing for outdoor?
