lol i can't really say I know what you mean cause I have never ran a 400 before.
our first meet is March 25th so next saturday, we're putting in a hard week this week and i had a hard week last week on my own and I have been hitting the weights hard this week and last so my strength has greatly increased which will be great.
Right now all I want to do is go under 11.00 in the 100 and the qualifying mark i nthe 200 for conference (22.54)
