Oops my fault read the session wrongly regarding the 500s! It even says 65-70 for 400m!
I don’t have a training journal on here but I write down all my sessions so I could post a couple of weeks up if you are interested? I think the main difference is that my group don’t tend to do any short stuff (or no shorter than 60m) compared to your 20/30/40m type accel sessions that you have in fairly regular.
what do you do for speedwork? If it’s not a lot for you could you please post up a sample week.
