ok well im a hs athlete and i compete in the 100m,200m,lj and tj
well in a few weeks im starting a new track program so i was wondering if this would be a good setup. ive also been conditioning and lifting weights since september.i lift 4 times a week and do plyos twice and hurdle mobility twice after tempos days….
monday- upperbody/max v
tuesday- lowerbody/tempo/plyos/hurdle mobility
wedneday- core/acceleration developement
thursday- upperbody/tempo/plyos/hurdle mobility
friday-lowerbody/speed endurance
saturday-hills or sleds or resistance (only 1)
sunday-restis there enough recovery for everything or should i take saturday off just to make sure im getting enough recovery?? or maybe on saturdays i could work on my lj and tj work??
just wanted to know if this looks good for a hs sprinter. also does this kinda look like overtraining?
thoughts?
I thought CF told you what changes to make?
