I don't understand why you would make the shifts in emphasis that you do. Do you have a reason behind your shifts in speed training?
The generally accepted best formats for developing performance are:
1. acc dev–>maxV–>speed endurance / special endurance
2. Extensive tempo–>intensive tempo–>special endurance–>speed endurance
Your setup doesn't fit in to either of these progressions and I was wondering if it was due to either weather, facility constraints or something else?
