it is only really better for about 1/3 of people. There are studies on how fast lactate is clear for a/b/c type athletes.. I may post the russian studies on it later, if I get some time. Only problem is the doc file has way more info than on just nutrition, recovery protocols, and post workout supplementation (I am referring to the other kind of supplementation, if you know what I mean) and may not be appropriate for a public and clean board like this–lots of good stuff though regardless.
