I have another question along with the one I already have posted.
I have a question regarding my Pre-comp phase and beyond. Where does speed endurance come in? I know for a 400 runner you typically go Special Endurance II, then SE1, and vice versa for 100-200 runners. But where do you put speed endurance in relation to SE1 and 2? After? Before? In-between? Not at all? I am not sure of this. Please help guys.
