If you're planning on doing acceleration drills where you throw the MB immediately prior to starting the run I think these drills are best saved for early in the year rather than middle to late.
The only reason I was using that particular method of acceleration training is because on another topic you were telling me about using different stimuli pertaining to acceleration dev.
Well since you think they are best done early in the year, what other method of accel. dev. would you suggest at this point?
