Well everyone I am now entering my Pre. Comp Phase of training. However, I have a couple of questions/concerns about my training that maybe you can help me with.
1. During Pre-Comp Phase (and beyond) do I:
a. do short speed work once a week and MaxV once?
b. do short speed work twice a week?
Either way they will be done on Monday and Friday, with a "quality" workout (SE1/SE2) on Wednesday and a meet on Saturdays.
2. Is there anything else that I need to consider concerning this training week about to be posted or beyond?

MaxV – 10-12 x 20-30m fly???s w/20-30m acceleration

Extensive Tempo ??? 20 x 100 in 18 sec. w/1:30 rest

Special Endurance II – 2 x 450 @ 90% w/15-20 min. rest
