Something similar happened to me last March. I got my first (and hopefully only) hamstring pull. It wasn’t bad, but it did set my training back by a few weeks. It happened early enough in the outdoor season I could still finish strong in May and June. It did continue to ache for months though.
I hope your recovery goes well. Are you running outdoors at all this year?
I don’t know, probably not. I am hoping to compete a couple times in Feb. and possibly in March at Masters USA. For 10 years, I’ve run under 6.40 and I can’t count this past weekend to add on and the streak would be nice to keep alive. I really think, based off my prelim that I was inline to do it again. I’m hoping that it’s something that will go away quickly.
