I just finished my workout and I didn’t make it out in one piece. On my 6th fly, I was getting faster each rep. I was really going on the 6th then I felt something pop or snap or cramp in my right leg on the back of my knee, down low on the the far outside of the back of the knee or hammy. The soreness is about 2-3 inches on that tendon or whatever on the back of the knee. It’s low and goes up 2-3 inches. Thoughts on what it could be?
