Clean Pull 4 x 3= 210, 210,210, 215
RDL 3 x 5= 225
BB Row 3 x 5= 165
Chin ups 3 x 8
Felt good in the weight room, better than the sprint workout in the morning. The clean pulls felt very light and moved quickly. Tomorrow is just track work. Weight room is off till Wednesday.
