4. Step Overs (12 each leg)
5. Step Unders (12 each leg)
6. Leg Swings (12 each leg)
7. Side Lunges (12 each leg)
1a. Front Squats 5 sets of 3= 135 w/90s-120s rest
2a. Hamstring Curls 5 sets of 3= 100, 110, 120, 130, 140 w/90s-120s rest
3a. Bench Press 5 sets of 3= 235 w/ 90s-120s rest
4a. Seated Rows 5 sets of 5= 150, 150, 150, 170, 170 w/90s-120s rest
