I agree very much with previous thoughts on “too scientific”.
IMO if there is such a thing as being “too scientific”, the “too” is outweighed by the huge benefit in that with the accumulation of knowledge you should certainly be able to make better judgment calls, related to moving on when the athlete can handle all of the various stresses/loads and spotting flawed details early in a process before they become ingrained. All the causal relationships are mind boggling.
Thought provoking at the very least.
