ran: 24,24,23,23. and 25,24,25,25
Couldn’t do the 200 because of the track that we use. Ran pretty decent times for these on a 3 lane track with 2 90 degree turns. never had run faster than a 25 for one of these reps. really feeling it on the last two. gooood workout.
