hamstring curl: 3×8@130
glute machine: 3×8@ 130
leg extension: 3×8@130
calf raise: 3×8@150.
walked into the gym and realized i had literally no energy. i was straight tired during my lifts. pretty sure its because i was still a little sick.
was supposed to have a meet this week but we cancelled because the meet was kinda pricey and not our whole club would be attending
