Extensive tempo:
8×180, 1:45 rest.
Did the same workout last week but this time cut the rest 15 seconds. Ran similar times which was good. Hips hurting on the last two reps because I’m trying to focus on stepping over and driving down which is giving me more knee drive and less of a anterior pelvic tilt. I was going to do IT today but I was really tired going into it so I decided to do ET instead.
