long dynamic flex
workout was supposed to be- 4×30/30/30, which is run 30, walk to finish and do another 30 and then another 30. with 6 minutes rest.
ended up doing 2×30/30/30, 1×30/30.
Ran the first two alright, quads were feeling fatigued. On the third set I felt fucking fantastic, I was literally flying through. At the end of the second rep my right hamstring seized up.. great. i’m in such great shape and Im just starting to develop my speed… I was so ready for a breakthrough. I’m furious.
